At its July 12, 2022 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the rejection of your
bid for the above referenced project, as non-responsive due to MWBE goals were not met.
This project will be re-scoped to accommodate budget limitation. Thank you for bidding,

VPA Athletic Court Renovations – Phase 2
DATE: June 30, 2022
On June 28, 2022, the Board of Public Works opened and read aloud bids for the subject
project. Milestone Contractors North submitted the lone bid, in the overall amount of
$2,610,159.87.
Upon review of the submitted bid package, it was determined that Milestone had neglected to
include the M/WBE Utilization Forms. To that end, they were not able to meet the project’s
M/WBE goals, and the bid must be rejected as non-responsive.
A third bid will be required, as the project will need to be re-scoped to accommodate budget
limitations.
