RE: Reserved Handicap Parking Permit – Permit No. 3 Outside of County-City Building;
North Side of Jefferson Blvd., East of Lafayette
Dear Ms. McIntosh:
At its June 14, 2022 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved your request for a
Paid Reserved Handicap Parking Permit. The location will be on the East Side of Lafayette,
North of Jefferson Blvd.
Enclosed is the permit authorizing you to park your vehicle, Hyundai Genesis, in the
corresponding parking space on the North Side of Jefferson Blvd., East of Lafayette. Please
be advised that you must always display the reserved handicap parking permit on your dashboard
when you are parked in the corresponding reserved handicap parking space. Also, please note
that this space is reserved as a handicap parking space only between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The fee for the Reserved Handicap Parking Permit will be Forty-Five Dollars ($45.00)
per month due at the First (1st.) of the month, made payable to the City of South Bend. Please
submit your payment upon receipt of this letter.
