Dear Mr. Patel:
At its June 14, 2022 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the above
referenced contract for ethernet services for Water Works SCADA Communications in the
amount of $5,835.03 per month with a total amount of $210,061 for a three (3) year contract.
Enclosed please find the original of the contract for your signature. Please sign and
return the original contract to lhensley@southbendin.gov. Please retain a copy for your
records.
