II. EXECUTIVE SESSION – Immediately Following Conclusion of the Special Meeting
The Board of Public Safety will meet in a Special Executive Session following the Special
Meeting of the Board for purposes as specified in I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(6) to receive information concerning an individual’s alleged misconduct and to discuss, before a determination, the individual’s status as an employee and I.C . 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(9) to discuss a job performance evaluation of an individual employee.
