EXECUTIVE SESSION-COMMON COUNCIL

The April 24, 1992 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was called to
order at 3:37 p.m. by Council President Steve Luecke in the Council Informal Meeting
Room.
Persons in attendance included Council Members: Washington, Kelly, Puzzello,
Slavinskas, Coleman, Ladewski, and Luecke; Mayor Joseph E. Kernan,Fire Chief Luther
Taylor, City Attorney Richard Nussbaum, City Clerk Irene Gammon, and Kathleen
Cekanski-Farrand.
The meeting was called pursuant to Indiana Code Section 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b) (5). (A)
permitting the Council to discuss and receive information with regard to a personnel matter
related to the Fire Department. The meeting was adjourned at 4:50 p.m.
