I. SPECIAL MEETING in EXECUTIVE SESSION – Command Staff Room, South Bend
Police Department, 701 West Sample Street, South Bend, Indiana 46601. The Board of Public Safety will meet in Executive Session for purposes as specified in I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(9) to discuss a job performance evaluation of an individual employee and I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(7) for discussion of records classified as confidential by state statute (I.C. 5-14-3-4(a)(9)).
