The March 18, 1991 meeting of the Committee of the Whole was
called to order by Council Member Loretta Duda at 5:08 p.m.
in the Council Informal Meeting Room.
Persons in attendance included Council Members Niezgodski,
Duda, Zakrzewski, Coleman, Puzzello, Luecke, Slavinskas,
Ladewski, and Soderberg; Terry Coleman, John Leisenring,
Michael Seitz, Katherine Humphreys, Carter Wolf, Charles
Minkler, Ron Goodman, Don Porter, Jenny Pitts-Manier,
members of the news media, and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand.
Council Member Duda noted that the purpose of the meeting
was to receive an update from the City Administration on
downtown parking enforcement. The attached material was then
reviewed by the Committee.
Following discussion, the meeting was adjourned at 5:55 p.m.
