Personnel and Finance Committee
Mn the Olnmmnn Oloututt of the CEng of Snutli Mend:
The July 8, 1991 of the Personal and Finance Committee was
called to order by its Chairperson Ann Puzzello at 3:45 p.m.
in the Council Informal Meeting Room.
Persons in attendance included Council Members Duda,
Niezgodski, Puzzello, Slavinskas, Coleman, Zakrzewski,
Luecke and Ladewski, Katie Humphreys, Don Porter and
Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand.
Council Member Puzzello noted that the purpose of the
meeting was to discuss Bill No. 42-91 which would amend
Chapter 2, Article 19, Section 2-213 entitled "Schedule of
Ordinance and Code violations. "
The Council attorney noted that the purpose of the bill was
to add to the "schedule of ordinance and code violations"
the reference to truck routes and the penalty of fifty
dollars for violations of Section 20-109.7.
Council President Niezgodski noted that this was basically a
house keeping measure to formally incorporate the reference
in the listing and that he would be seeking support of the
Bill at this evenings meeting.
Following further discussion on the Bill, Council President
Neizgodski made a motion seconded by Council Member Luecke
that Bill No. 42-91 be recommended favorably to Council.
The motion passed.
There being not further business to come before the
Committee the meeting was adjourned at 3 :55 p.m.
