II. EXECUTIVE SESSION – Immediately Following Conclusion of the Special Meeting,
Legal Department Conference Room, Twelfth (12) Floor of the County City Building, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana The Board of Public Safety will meet in a Special Executive Session following the Special Meeting of the Board for purposes as specified in I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(6) to receive information concerning an individual’s alleged misconduct and to discuss, before a
determination, the individual’s status as an employee and I.C . 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(9) to discuss a
job performance evaluation of an individual employee.
