1.Repair Front Porch
The front porch has multiple leaks in the roof which have caused damage to the ceiling
and floor. Additionally, the corner supports have sunk causing stress on the main house
and damage to the porch. Our plan is to replace any wood that can not be repaired,
straighten and secure the footings, and repair the roof. We will use the original blueprints
to direct our repairs. In-kind materials will be used.

2.Replace backdoor with window
At some point in the history of the house, the back first-floor window was replaced with a
door. We would like to remove the door and install a window again. The window will be
built to match the rest of the windows in the house. We will use the original blueprints to
guide our work as well. In-kind materials will be used.
The light will also be removed. Wood siding will be used to repair the holes left.

3.Strip paint, replace siding, repair soffits as needed
There is considerable damage to the siding and the lead paint needs to be stripped off
and repainted. All damaged wood will be replaced with in-kind materials.
