RE: Occupancy Permit – Long Term Occupancy Permit
Dear Mr. Schaffer:
At its April 26, 2022 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the Long Term
Occupancy Permit for the installation of an underground transmission line at East Bank Trail
between Northshore and Crescent. This permit will be valid from April 3, 2022 to May 6, 2022
and the cost will be in the amount of $80. Please submit this payment with the Permit Manager
rowpermitsoffice@southbendin.gov .
