Dear Mr. Henry:
At its April 26, 2022 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the above referenced
Change Order be increase by $45,348.00 with an additional forty-six (46) days, bringing the
revised contract amount to $1,220,338 with a new completion date of June 30, 2022.
Enclosed is a copy of the Change Order for your records.
