EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL

The May 7, 1990, Executive Session of the South Bend Common
Council was called to order by Council President Thomas
Zakrzewski at 5:00 PM in the Council informal meeting room.
Persons in attendance included Council Members Luecke,
Soderberg, Puzzello, Slavinskas, Zakrzewski, Duda, and
Voorde; Katie Humphreys, Jon Hunt, Ann Kolata, John
Leszczynski, Richard Nussbaum, Carolyn Pfotenhauer, Mayor
Joseph E. Kernan, and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand.
Council President Zakrzewski noted that the purpose of the
meeting was to have discussion of strategy pursuant to
Indiana Code Section 5-14-1.5-6 (b) (2) (D) .
It is hereby certified that no subject matter was discussed
in the Executive Session other that the subject matter
specified in the public notice' dated May 3, 1990.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:25 PM.
