ZONING AND VACATION COMMITTEE

The June 25, 1990, of the Zoning and Vacation Committee was
called to order by its Chairperson Council Member Lee
Slavinskas at 4:50 P.M. in the Council informal meeting
room.
Persons in attendance included Council Members Zakrzewski,
Coleman, Luecke, Niezgodski, Slavinskas, Puzzello,
Slavinskas, Voorde; John Leisenring, Don Porter, Chief
Marciniak, and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand.
Council Member Slavinskas noted that the purpose of the
meeting was to discuss Bill No. 24-90 which is a rezoning
ordinance for the property located at 1218 Van Buren Street
in the City of South Bend. He noted that the P etitioner has
requested that this bill be withdrawn from further Council
consideration (copy attached) . There being no further
li business to
come before the Committee, the meeting was
adjourned at 4:52 P.M.
