RE: Amendment No. 1 to Owner-Engineer Agreement
Dear Mr. Guzik:
At its April 12, 2022 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the above
referenced amendment for on-call drainage design – project development services, Project No.
120-010 in an amount not to exceed $3,500 (hourly rate) with a new total amount of $23,500.
