The November 26, 1990 meeting of the Public Works Committee
was called to order by it's Chairperson, Council Member Don
Niezgodski at 3:35 p.m. in the Council Informal Meeting
Room.
Persons in attendance included Council Members Puzzello,
Zakrzewski, Niezgodski, Luecke, and Duda, a member of the
News Media, and Kathleen Cekanski Farrand.
Council Member Niezgodski noted that the purpose of the
meeting was to review Bill No. 94-90 which would ammend
Chapter 2, Article 19, Sec. 2-213 entitled "Schedule of
Ordinance and Code Violations".
The Council Attorney noted that she had been in contact with
the City Attorney's office in making various revisions to
the Bill. She noted that this Bill was continued at the last
meeting in light of several discrepencies within the fine
procedure. She recommended that it be continued until the
meeting of December 10th.
There being no further business to come before the
Committee, the meeting was adjourned at 3:40 p.m.
