Dear Procurement Department,
Thank you for giving USALCO, LLC the opportunity to bid on your chemical requirements.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our services as a potential supplier at this time. Please
accept our reply of no bid.
We anticipate in the future, that we will be either manufacturing and/or distributing the
chemicals you require. Therefore, please retain our company on your bid list for future
consideration and continue to send us the annual bid results.
