HUMAN RESOURCES & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE

The August 27, 1990 meeting of the Human Resources &
Economic Development Committee was called to order by its
Chairperson, Council Member Steve Luecke at 4: 18PM in the
Council Informal Meeting Room.
Persons in attendance included Council Members Niezgodski,
Coleman, Puzzello, Luecke, Slavinskas, Voorde, Soderberg,
and Zakrzewski; Richard Nussbaum and Kathleen Cekanski-
Farrand.
Council Member Luecke noted that the meeting was called in
Executive Session to discuss strategy in regard to
litigation pursuant to I.C. 5-14-1.5-6(a) (2) (B) .
This is to certify that the Human Resources & Economic
Development Committee discussed no subject matter in
Executive Session other than the subject matter specified in
the Public Notice dated August 23, 1990.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:38PM.
