At its March 22, 2022 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the above
referenced agreement for two (2) documents; Settlement Agreement and St. Joseph Co.
Disclaimer of Interest and Motion to Dismiss for Prairie Ave. Water Main Loop, Project No.
117-068 in the amount of $24,500.
