EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL

The Executive Session of The South Bend Common Council was
called to order by Council President Ann Puzzello at 4:45
p.m.. on October 18, 1989 in the Council Caucus Room.
Persons in attendance included Council Members: Coleman,.
Slavinskas, Soderberg, Duda, Puzzello, and Luecke; Richard
Nussbaum, and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand.
Council President Puzzello noted that the purpose of the
meeting was to discuss strategy with regard to the pending
litigation involving South Bend Industrial Associates vs.
The City of South Bend, St. Joseph Superior Court, Cause No.
71 DO5 8909 CP 00682, pursuant to Indiana Code Section 5-14-
1. 5-6 (a) (2) (B) .
The meeting was adjourned at 5:50 p.m.
