COMMON COUNCIL

The Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council and
the Board of Public Safety was called to order by Mayor
Joseph Kernan at 4: 05 p.m. in the Council informal meeting
room.
Persons in attendance included Council Members: Zakrzewski,-
Slavinskas, Luecke, Puzzello, Niezgodski, Voorde, Duda, and
Soderberg, Mayor Joseph Kernan, Katie Humphreys, Cathy
Hubbard, Tom Bodnar, Jack Bland, Police Chief Marciniak,
Thadeaus Zakowski, and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss strategy with
respect to Collective Bargaining pursuant to I.C. 5-14-1.5-6
(a) (2) (A) .
The meeting was adjourned at 5:40 p.m.
