I live at 1510 dale ave. I would like to place a bid for the property that is up for auction at
1514 dale ave for up to $1500 plus fees. I would also like to add that we have been taking care
of this lot including mowing cleaning of the sidewalk and anything that has needed done for
the last 6 years and there is a dead tree that will be needed to be cut down that hangs over my
property and other properties and wires and we are willing to take care of it within the year
