RE: Uniform Property or Easement Acquisition
Dear April & Tracie Bouchard:
At its February 22, 2022 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the above
referenced easement for access and installation of a water main near 22708 State Road 23
South Bend for the Prairie Ave. Water Main Loop Project No. 117-068 in the amount of
$5,909.70 (50% to Each Owner).
The easement was recorded with the St. Joseph County Recorder’s Office on February
23, 2022. A copy is enclosed for your records.
