RE: Amendment No. 1 to Owner-Engineer Agreement
Dear Mr. Stolz:
At its February 22, 2022 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the above
referenced amendment to provide as needed, on-call support to implement the impervious
cover-based stormwater utility, Project No. 119-010 in an amount not to exceed $23,010.76
(hourly rate) with an adjusted total amount of $98,510.76.
