At its February 22, 2022 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the above
referenced Change Order for an increase of $83,668.03, bringing the revised contract amount to
$4,406,803.96 with a new completion date of May 17, 2022.
Enclosed is a copy of the Change Order for your records.
