Persons in attendance included Councilmen: Zakrzewski, Paszek, Voorde, Puzzello, Beck, Serge, Crone, and Braboy; Ken Fedder, .Members of the News Media, and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. Councilman Voorde noted that the purpose of the meeting was to discuss Bill No. 51-84 which would designate the building located at 1204 L.W.W. as an historic landmark. It was noted that this structure was ranked an 11, and was built in 1912. It was a pre-cut home which could be purchased from a Sears and Roebuck Catalog for the cost of $2, 885. 00. Following discussion by the Committee, Councilman Serge made a motion seconded by Councilman Beck that Bill No. 51-84 receive a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously. Councilman Zakrzewski made a motion seconded by Councilman Beck that the meeting be adjourned.
