The April 18, 1984 Executive Session of the South Bend Common
Council was called to order by President Beck at 4 : 05 p.m. in the Mayor ' s
Conference Room.
Persons in attendance included: Councilmen Taylor, Puzzello,
Paszek, Serge, Braboy, Crone, Zakrzewski, and Beck; Mayor Parent, Craig
Hartzer, Tom Bodner, Kathy Hubbard, Richard Hill, Michael Vance, and
Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss strategy with respect
to collective bargaining for City employees. The meeting was adjourned at
5: 30 p.m.
As President of the City Council, I hereby certify that nothing
else was discussed during this Executive Session. This statement is made
pursuant to Public Law 33-1984.
