The Executive session of the Common Council met with the
negotiating team of the South Bend Police Department at 6 :00 p.m. , March 27, 1989
in the Council informal meeting room.
Person in attendance included: Councilmen Braboy, Taylor, Serge,
Paszek, Zakrzewski, Puzzello, Voorde, Crone, and Beck, Cathy Hubbard, Michael A.
Vance, Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, George E. Herendeen, Attorney for the
F.O.P. , and the following members of the F.O.P. : Norval Williams, Bill Wells,
Mike Swanson, Dave Miles, and John J. Brassell.
The purpose of the meeting was to receive the police officers wage
proposal for 1985.
The meeting was adjourned at 7 :15 p.m.
