The Executive session of the Common Council met with the Teamster
negotiating team at 4: 30 p.m. , March 27, 1984, in the Council informal
meeting room.
Persons in attendance included: Councilmen Braboy, Serge, Paszek,
'Zakrsewski, Voorde, Crone, Beck, and Puzzello, Michael A. Vance, City Controller,
Tom Bodnar, Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, Cathy Hubbard, and the following members
of the Teamsters: Daniel Holcomb, Mike Dyzkiewicz , Ernie G. Streich, Bob
Warnock, Ronald Flowers, Steve McCormick, Bob Schulz, Mel Osler (Traffic and
Lighting) Larry Cook . (Bureau of Streets) , Marvin Hamman (Bureau of
Sanitation) , Bruce Smitt (Bureau of Water) , Bob Toppel, Jr. (Waste Water)
and Leslie M. Niedbalski (Park Department.
The purpose of the meeting was to receive the Teamster ' s wage
proposal for 1985 .
The meeting was adjourned at 5 : 20 p.m.
