referenced contract for the installation of Coveleski Stadium Field Lighting in the amount of
$298,000.

On December 14th, 2021, the Board of Public Works approved the request to advertise for bids to
install stadium field lighting at Coveleski Stadium. On January 11th, the Board received no bids for
the work. All Purpose Erectors has been the only firm that expressed an ability to complete the work
in the required time frame and we received the attached open market bid from them. Th rough this
bid, they are also able to meet the M/WBE goals detailed in the bid docs.
The open market bid was as follows:

Venues Parks & Arts recommends award of a contract for $298,000.00 to the open
market bidder, All Purpose Erectors, Inc. They have met all requirements and are able to
complete the work. .
The Department of Public Works has appropriated sufficient funds within PROJ00000300.
