Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends approval for the replacement of the proposed window with an Andersen 100 series window, as the garage addition is considered a later / secondary addition that has been extensively modified. Vote: 5-0. Five in Favor, none opposed. COA#2021-1208 is approved. IV. PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR V. REGULAR BUSINESS a. APPROVAL OF MINUTES i. November 15, 2021 (Audio Position: 45:41) Upon a motion by David Wyncott, being seconded by Sarah Andrews and unanimously carried by vote, the minutes from the November 15, 2021, Historic Preservation Commission are approved. b. STAFF REPORTS i. Administrative Approvals After due consideration, no action was taken. c. COMMITTEE REPORTS i. Standards and Guidelines After due consideration, no action was taken. VI. OLD BUSINESS VII. NEW BUSINESS (Audio Position: 48:34) a. 2022 HPC Officer Elections — Slate of Officers Upon a motion by David Wyncott, being seconded by John Tiffany and unanimously carried by vote, the Historic Preservation Commission APPROVES re -slating the 2021 HPC Officers; President Michele Gelfman, Vice President Sarah Andrews, Arch. Historian/ Secretary Joan Downs-Krostenko and Treasurer Mary Brazinsky. Vote: 5-0. Five in Favor, none opposed. 2022 HPC Officer Slate is approved. VIII.
