RE: Professional Services Agreement
Dear Mr. Chismark:
At its January 11, 2022 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the above
referenced agreement for inspection, reporting and recommendation services for the 2022
Venues Parks & Arts Athletic Courts, Project No. 121-033A in an amount not to exceed
$80,812 (hourly rate).
Enclosed please find the original of the agreement for your signature. Please sign and
return the original agreement to lhensley@southbendin.gov. Please retain a copy for your
records.
