WHOLE

The March 30, 1983 meeting of the Committee of the Whole was held in
Executive Session in the Council informal meeting room. The meeting was
called to order at 3:30 p.m. by the Committee of the Whole Chairman, Councilman
Raymond Zielinski.
Persons in attendance included Councilmen Voorde, Zielinski, Crone,
Beck, Szymkowiak, and Serge, Joseph Kernan, Eugenia Schwartz, and Kathleen
Cekanski-Farrand.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss strategy with regard to
fringe benefit negotiations for the Police and Fire Departments.
