COMMITTEE AND PERSONNEL AND FINANCE
COMMITTEE
An Executive Session of a joint committee meeting of the Personnel
and Finance Committee and the Utilities Committee was held on September 13, 1982
at 3: 30 p .m. in the Council Meeting room.
Persons in attendance included: Councilmen Zielsinski, McGann, Crone,
Szynkowiak, Harris , and Voorde; John Lezczynski, Michael Vance, Paula Freeman,
Neal. Johnson of Coopers and Lybrand, and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand.
The purpose of the meeting was to receive an update from the City
Administration on the pending and anticipated litigation involving the Sewer
and Water rate charges .
The meeting was adjourned at 4: 30 p.m.
