Dear Mr. Hummel:
At its December 21, 2021 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the above
referenced amendment for additional work and manhour justification due to construction
delays for Bendix Drive and Lathrop to the Indiana Toll Road, (DES#1400634) in an increased
amount of $16,526 with a new total amount of $511,026.
