At its December 21, 2021 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the above
referenced Change Order be increased in an amount not to exceed $2,200, bringing the revised
contract amount to $77,924.

We propose to remove a minimum of 1’ deep (per Fuerbringer Landscaping) of the concealed concrete “foundation
walls” which were found in two (2) of the five (5) tree holes and as shown in the attached photos. The concrete appears
to be approximately 1’ wide by the length of the tree hole (5’) and parallel with the street. We propose to perform this
work on a Time -and-Material basis Not-To-Exceed $2,200. We are able to start this work tomorrow if you wish. Please
call with any questions.
