RE: Amendment No. 2 to Owner-Engineer Agreement
Dear Mr. Ginn:
At its December 14, 2021 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the above
referenced amendment to cover modeling of outages for the Fellows Improvements, Project
No. 119-033 for Water Hydraulic Modeling Assistance in an amount not to exceed $55,320
hourly with a new total amount: $127,493.
Enclosed please find the original of the amendment for your signature. Please sign and
return the original amendment to lhensley@southbendin.gov. Please retain a copy for your
records.
