RE: Change Order No. 4 – O’Brien Recreational Center Renovations – Project No. 118-091
Dear Mr. Yoder:
At its December 14, 2021 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the above
referenced Change Order for a decrease of $25,000 with an additional forty (40) days, bringing
the revised contract amount to $471,163 with a new completion date of July 28, 2021.
