Dear Mr. Alvarado:
At its December 14, 2021 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the above
referenced Change Order for an increase of $2,160.13 with an additional fourteen (14) days,
bringing the revised contract amount to $440,804.91 with a new completion date of July 14,
2021.
