PURPOSE OF REQUEST:
Request funding of $426,480 for the design of the LaSalle and Colfax Streetscapes.
Specifics:
The funding would be for JPR to design the LaSalle and Colfax streetscapes from the
River to Eddy. The construction would be phased so that phase one will be LaSalle St
and phase 2 will be Colfax. The streetscape design elements will be based off of the
concepts developed by Toole Designs which includes landscaping, raised crosswalks and
intersections, bike lanes and aims to prompt future growth in the area.
