The July 13, 1981 Executive Session of the Utilities Committee was
called to order by its Chairman, Councilman Raymond Zielinski at 5:15 p.m. in
the Council meeting room.
Persons in attendance included: Councilmen Voorde, McGann, Crone, Beck,
Zielinski, Serge, and Szymkowiak; ; Michael Vance, Utilities Director, City
Attorney Hill; City Engineer Leszczynski, Jon Hunt, Bruce D. Carter, and
Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand.
The Executive Session was called for the purpose of discussing matters
related to the initiation of litigation by the City against Ashland
Chemical Company.
The meeting was adjourned at 5: 55 p.m.
