Remarks:Business owner reached out and mentioned issues with people parking in front of their business all day, even
parking up onto the sidewalk, hindering access to their business and not allowing for customers to park there.
They requested a 15-minute loading zone so that their customers can park there and they can have parking
turnover. This makes sense here because it is the only business on a residential block, and they do not have onsite
parking.
