Remarks:See attached exhibits; Manager of the William C. Ellison Apartment Complex reached out asking for
loading/unloading zone in front of their complex for elderly residents to be able to load and unload wheelchairs
from their bus; It makes sense to add a loading zone here for bus pickup/drop off at their main entrance.
