AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $200 , 000 . 00 FROM THE
SEWAGE WORKS OPERATION & MAINTENANCE FUND FOR THE
PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING UNANTICIPATED COSTS IN 1986 .
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT :
The Common Council of the City of South Bend , Indiana
recognizes the need for an additional appropriation for unanticipated
expenditures within the Sewage Works Operation and Maintenance Fund .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of South Bend , Indiana as follows :
SECTION I . The sum of $200 , 000 . 00 is hereby appropriated to
the Sewage Works Operation and Maintenance Fund as set forth below:

SECTION II . This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and approval
