SOUTH BEND/CLAY SEWAGE WORKS OPERATING AND
MAINTENANCE FUND TO ACCOUNT 354 . 0 AND ACCOUNT
390 . 0 WITHIN THE SOUTH BEND/CLAY SEWAGE
BUDGET .
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT :
Funds are needed to meet the cost of Management Services
provided by the City of South Bend Water Works and to meet the cost
of Wastewater Treatment provided by the South Bend Sewage Works .
Such funds are available within the South Bend/Clay Sewage Works
Operating and Maintenance Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of South bend , Indiana : as follows
SECTION I . That the sum of $18 , 000 . 00 is hereby
appropriated for the year 1986 from the South Bend/Clay Sewage Works
Operating and Maintenance Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana as
described below :

SECTION II . This Ordinance shall be in full force and
