AN ORDINANCE APPROPRATING $42 , 128 FROM THE
SOUTH BEND/CLAY WATER WORKS DEPRECIATION FUND
TO ACCOUNT 399 . 0 WITHIN THE SOUTH BEND/CLAY
WATER DEPRECIATION BUDGET FOR THE PURPOSE
OF DEFRAYING UNANTICIPATED EXPENDITURES FOR
1986 .
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND ITNENT :
Funds are needed to meet the cost of water main extensions
within the South Bend/Clay water distribution system and such funds
are available within the South Bend/Clay Water Works Depreciation
Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of South Bend , Indiana as follows :
SECTION I . The sum of $42 , 128 . 00 is hereby appropriated for
the year 1986 from the South Bend/Clay Water Works Depreciation Fund
of the City of South Bend, Indiana as described below:

SECTION II . This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and approval
by the Mayor .
