AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $60 , 733 . 00
FROM THE SOLID WASTE OPERATING AND MAINTENANCE
FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING UNANTICIPATED
COSTS IN 1986 .
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT :
The Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana
recognizes the need for an additional appropriation for unanticipated
expenditures within the Solid Waste Operation and Maintenance Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of South Bend, Indiana as follows :
SECTION I . The sum of $60 , 733 . 00 is hereby appropriated to
the Solid Waste Operation and Maintenance Fund as set forth below:
