AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$227 , 000 . 00 FROM THE PARKING GARAGE
PROJECT FUND FOR THE YEAR 1986 .
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT :
The Common Council of the City of South Bend recognizes the
need for an additional appropriation for the lease payments of the
South Bend Parking Garages .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of South bend , Indiana as follows :
SECTION I . That the sum of $227 , 000 . 00 is hereby
appropriated for the year 1986 from the Parking Garage Project Fund
of the City of South Bend , Indiana as described below:
379 . 0 Rents $227 , 000 . 00
SECTION II . This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and approval
by the Mayor .
