AN ORDINANCE APPROPRATING THE SUM OF $373 , 000
FROM THE GENERAL FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING
UNANTICIPATED COSTS WITHIN VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS
OF THE GENERAL FUND FOR THE YEAR 1986 .
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT:
The Common Council of the City of South Bend recognizes the
need for additional appropriations for unanticipated expenditures
within various departments of the General Fund and that such funds
are available within the General Fund of the City of South Bend .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of South Bend , Indiana as follows :
SECTION I . That the sum of $373 , 000 . 00 is hereby
appropriated for the year 1986 from the General Fund of the City of
South Bend , Indiana as described below:
