AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $107,000. 00 FROM THE
STANLEY COVELESKI REGIONAL BASEBALL STADIUM
FUND.
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT:
Funds are needed for improvements, equipment and for
the payment of such other fees and expenses attributable to the
operation of a professional baseball team at the Stanley
Coveleski Regional Stadium. Funds are available within the
Stanley Coveleski Regional Baseball Stadium Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The sum of $107,000.00 is hereby
appropriated for the year 1986 from the Stanley Coveleski
Regional Baseball Stadium Fund. This appropriation is to be
administered by the Department of Administration and Finance and
will be distributed as set forth below:
0399. 0 OTHER CONTRACTUALS $107,000.00
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and
approval by the Mayor.
